Experienced Lash Artist - The Lash Lounge – Lake Mary, FL
Job Type: Part-Time
Future Opportunity: Part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Requirements
- Active Florida Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Eyelash Specialty License
- Minimum of one year of eyelash extension experience
- Must be proficient in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume full sets
- Must successfully complete a practical application on a model during the interview process
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Please note: We provide ongoing coaching and support but are not currently able to train stylists with no prior lash extension experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform Classic, Hybrid, and Volume eyelash extension services to The Lash Lounge Gold Standard.
- Perform lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, facial threading, and other services as trained.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend services based on each guest's goals and natural lash health.
- Educate guests on aftercare, retail products, memberships, and additional services.
- Maintain accurate client notes and service documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment room.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and state licensing requirements.
- Assist with salon cleanliness, laundry, inventory organization, and daily operational tasks.
- Participate in salon events and promotions when requested.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional guest experience.
