Role Description

This is a full-time Front Desk Expert role that involves maintaining a clean and organized studio, greeting clients, booking appointments, and answering phone calls and emails. Additionally, the Front Desk Expert will be responsible for managing client information in our booking system, handling financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

-Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in computer and booking systems.
Sales; we are a membership based salon with retail.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
